These settings are available only if 485/ACK-NAK

is selected. Leave the default settings, or make any

desired changes. The options are explained below.

20 Enter a value in the Delay for Connection field

if a pause is required between dialing the prefix

and dialing the phone number.

21 Indicate the Number of Redial Attempts. The

default is 3, but any number between 0 - 50 can

be entered in this field.

22 Enter the Wait Time for Disconnect [the

amount of time allowed before disconnecting].

This number can be between 1 to 999 seconds.

The default is 5 seconds.

23 The amount of time allowed between dialing

attempts should be entered in the Delay before

Next Attempt field. Any number between 1 and

999 can be entered in this field. The default is 60
