Custom Access Levels

In certain cases, a general access level may not meet

the needs of a specific card holder. In these cases, a

customized access level can be created for a card

Creating a Custom Access Level

1 Open the Card database by selecting the Card

menu option of the same name. When the

database window opens, select the card to which

you are adding a custom access level.

2 Click Edit to open the Card Record window.

3 Click the Add button in the Custom Access

Level area of the window. The Custom Access

Level window opens with the Access Level tree

displayed. The tree is a combination of en-

trances and assigned time zones.

A custom access level is named after the card

number to which it is attached. For example, Custom

Access Level 3 is attached to Card 3.
